For minor accidents (e.g. scratches, kerb rashes), you will arrange with the Contractor directly at authorised workshops.

For damages above SGD $2,000, the Contractor is liable only up to the excess stated in the Vehicle’s motor insurance.

No further action may be taken beyond the excess amount.

RADIANT RACER will only serve as a mediator and will not be indirectly liable.

7. Right to Refuse Service and Termination

RADIANT RACER reserves the right to refuse potential customers or terminate accepted jobs without reason.

Threats or abusive acts towards the Company, its staff, or Contractors may be reported to the Singapore Police Force.

8. Amendments

RADIANT RACER reserves the right to amend, delete, or introduce new terms in its sole discretion.

By using the Services, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to any updated Terms.

9. Service Delays

RADIANT RACER shall not be held responsible for delays in arrival of a Contractor, which may be due to unforeseen circumstances such as longer previous trips.

10. Data Protection (PDPA)

You agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore for the following purposes:

Performance of the Service.

Processing payments.

Managing bookings.

Providing customer service, updates and newsletters.

Conducting market research and improving products.

Conducting marketing promotions, including loyalty programmes.

11. Security and Verification

For security/verification purposes.

Complying with applicable laws, regulations and other requirements (e.g. providing assistance to law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities and other governmental agencies; performing internal audits).

For any other purpose in respect of the context of the provision of the Service.

12. Assignment of Rights and Obligations

You may not assign any of your rights or transfer any of your obligations under the Terms to any other person without the Company’s approval. RADIANT RACER may assign any of its rights or transfer any of its obligations under the Terms to any other person. Any purported assignment or transfer in violation of this Term shall be void.

13. Waiver of Rights

RADIANT RACER’s failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by RADIANT RACER in writing.

14. Severability

If any of the Terms becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under any law of any jurisdiction, neither the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions nor the legality, validity or enforceability of such provision under the law of any other jurisdiction will in any way be affected or impaired.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms or the Service, the appointed Contractor and yourself shall use reasonable endeavours to settle the dispute amicably before resorting to legal proceedings. The Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.

16. Governing Law

The Terms and all obligations in relation to the Service are governed by Singapore law.
